Yep, also tried to book US to Europe and got fares $200 more than the "webfare" I booked by phone. But, here's a doozie. Tried United vacations today. SFO to SGN, got $300 fare with 6 nights hotel! Very exciting until I realized the computer switched SGN to SMF (Sacramento!). So I tried again, using Ho Chi Min City and got BDL (Hartford). Called them to tell them about their sick computer, got agent who had no idea who to talk to and dumped me back into the voice system. I hung up. I can't believe they can't hire better programmers at United anything.
