United sends out Ecerts that you can not use online when trying to select an upgradeable flight with a Confirmed Region2(systemwide upgrade). It gives the error statement upgrades and discounts can not be combined. This is WRONG. Nothing in the terms of the systemwide upgrades prohibits using a dsicount with them.

Also, trying to select the lowest upgradeable fare with a systemwide upgrade going from US-Europe, gave me a flight that cost almost $200 more than the actual lowest upgradeable fare.
