One thing they could do with ba.com is replace the paper in flight surveys with online questionnaires sent to pax after the flight. As ba.com would know your status, class of travel, route etc. the questions could be better tailored to passengers. Also, if there was a specific incident on the flight, ie a substantial delay, questions could be added about how BA handled this.
