Can anyone give me any feedback on what 'linking the PNRs' actually does for you. I am on a trip with the family next year with three different ticket types (and hence booking references) on the same flight (same cabin J).
I would be interested in an answer to this. I thought it meant that you were allocated seats together, but flying to ATH in Eurochav last week, with seperate but linked PNRs, Mrs DocH who is silver, was allocated a seat two rows behind me. OLCI and seat change fixed it, but lucky i used OLCI. (I always assume Mrs DocH likes the B seat rather than the A two rows behind...perhaps I ought to check)

As a supplementary... what is the chances of seats being moved about anyway. High-Med-Low or Extra Low for S and G holdrs?
Have been moved when silver, but not since gold. If I fly with Mrs DocH on the same PNR, we dont seem to get moved once allocated in economy, or if we have selected seats on MMB.
