His supervisor came back about the time we were finishing our conversation and took the charge for the LD call off my folio; however, I don't think he fully understood what I was saying. Since I accomplished my objective, I didn't argue. The supervisor was courteous.

Now for the question Is Wired For Business a Brand Standard at fulll service Marriotts? Ditto for Renaissances? I thought either Socrates or Marriott Concierge had stated that is was a standard (don't remember whether it was to commence in 2004 or 2005). In any case, do I need to be extra careful in the future to make sure the hotel is offering WFB and not just Broadband Internet access?

P.S. Regardless of the answer I will be more careful to check if a property has non-standard write ups for their Internet offering. Just need to know whether I have a basis to negotiate/complain to them.
WFB is not a brand standard....HSI is

To answer your question about being extra careful, unfortunately yes, the information in the guest rooms near the internet connection should explain which offering that hotel has (HSI only or WFB)
