Look, the easiest thing to do is just forget all the silly letters which don't offer points and full miles. It's far easier to just remember the ones which do and then you can infer the rest if needed. The following will give you full points and miles for each class:

FIRST: F/A
Club: J/C/D/I
World Traveller Plus: W/T
Economy: Y/B/H

Each listed in decreasing order of flexibility. Any other fare class gets you no points and 25% miles, except the redemption (X/P/U/Z) classes which get nothing at all for obvious reasons.
