My understanding is that Eurostar don't do status matches. You can call them up and try anyway. The Carte Blanche dedicated number in the UK is 08700 60 23 23.

Eurostar changed its Frequent Traveller programme 3 years ago for the worse and I'm still pissed off that they replaced the previous 3-tier levels with this stupid CB. Basically, acquiring status before was easy; Silver for 1000 points and Gold for 2000 per year. Now you need to earn 1500 per year for status. I lost my CB status last year as I dramatically cut my travel but I still have 750 status points, half way to regaining it back.

Oh, and the award side of things are no better. Previously, before they axed Premium First on the London-Paris route, you could have redeemed a one-way ticket for 1250 points. Now the same award is still 1250 points minus the complimentary limo, enhanced meals and drinks as it is normal First Class.

One last thing, if you travel Business Premier, buy one-way tickets instead of returns. They cost the same and earn you more points.
