When I log in www.sixt.de - I use the SixtExpress to log in using my platinum card. Does EVERYBODY get: Raten für LOYALTY PROGRAMS 3

I often wondered if Ameniti members get PROGRAMS 4 whilst the real frequent renters get PROGRAMS 1? Does everybody get PROGRAMS 3? Does that simply mean it's "Platinum?"
