I actually drove past the property yesterday on the way to a meeting. From the LIE it looks decent especially compared to some of the 4pts I've stayed at. However, to infer it's a beach hotel or say it's 45 min to Manhattan is just plain wrong. 45 minutes to Manhattan but only at 3am! That's easily a 2 hour ride at rush hour, well over an hour at other times.
