It is quite shocking that Microsoft's standard browser is so poor.
Given that 90%+ of MS's revenue is generated by the Windows/Office monopoly, and given the current state of linux/gnome, etc. I'm not too worried about MS's prospects over the next 10 or so years.
Remember the vast majority of people out there are 12:00 flashers. They wouldn't know a tab from a window. How are they supposed to install linux?
