Changing the DNS to the one mentioned above probably isn't a good idea if you're based in Europe (or anywhere else outside the US), as your PC would then be making a DNS request all the way over to New York for every IP address lookup - there could be many of these just on a single web page, and the net effect would be a dramatic slowdown in web browsing.
I agree with the concept, but not the actual address proposed - a better suggestion would be to find a DNS server that's at least in the same country as where you're connecting from.
