AFAIR the turnaround in BAH is about an hour and a half and as the parentals live in DOH this is something I'm curious about.

If you have hand luggage it should be possible to do this but I know that BA won't let you put it on the same booking - you will have to do both trips separately but with hand luggage it should be possible.

What I want to know is whether you can book the two trips separately and then check your baggage all the way through to DOH at LHR. I am asking for a couple of reasons. The first is that it would get me a shed load of points and secondly BA no longer allow you to transit in BAH so the time on the plane waiting is like purgatory
