I still do not understand why C was set at "0", with such few seats sold (ie 6 of 25) - even if this flight tends to have a 100% seat occupancy in the business class cabin, on a regular basis.
Most J seats are not sold until a week or two before departure, which is why AC keeps inventory open for such purchases, and limits access to cheaper C fares. That's the reality of full-fare travel, and why airlines try to keep inventory back for such sales.
