I have to take my hat of to Citi because of the way they've revolutionized consumer FOREX. When I was working the Philippines, I was amazed by the number of companies who's business hinged on multi-currency Citi accounts (deposit in SF; withdraw in Manila; collect a handsome fee).

But, I have to admit that HSBC has beaten them at their own game and will only continue to get stronger as its US expansion progresses.
