Yeah, if you HAVE your ATM card! If you don't, forget it. When I called to ask why they suspended my online access, they said I had to enter my NEW card number before it would be allowed again. They even told me when the new card was sent to my home.
Very useful here in Tokyo. These people are losers -- losers who have paid for three hours or so of collect international phone calls but save money by moving customer service to India and limiting them to script reading.
