Domestic Upgrades

As far as I can tell if you roll into 2004 as a platinum there is no reduction in your ability to recieve the domestic upgrades, (those same Q & T's aka L & U's at Delta are not eleigible for FC upgrades at all)

Correct me if I am Wrong

However with the reduction in elite credit for the lower fare classes - You can double the amount of seat miles to sustain status.

After three straight years of Platinum Status I will roll into 2004 as Gold, since I barely made the threshold 50,274 and no significant flying planned for the the remainder of 2003 I will be lucky to achieve Silver status in 2004 if I were to stay with Continental
