Citibank in china is completely useless. They can’t coordinate anything. In on instance they even “lost” my transfer from my China account to my US another. They tried to blame it on UPS.

If you do bank there in the summer though check out the upstairs teller area, they keep a trash can full of large blocks of ice and a fan blowing on it to help cool the place down….
