Let me add that you might want to use Vonage and will be happy to speak with the reps from the India call center after a few dealings with the good UA people in Oz. Some are good, but others are among the most uninformed and unhelpful CS reps I've spoken with in a long time... When I really need to do something, or need to get correct info, I call the US (more than once, sometimes...)
