Same for many type 2 diabetics. There is one medication type which unless you take this with a resonable sized meal, it can often result in a need to "sprint to the washroom"

Although this has never happened to me on a flight, it is the fear of this (and a suffering of mild claustrophobia) that I always request an aisle seat in Y. In J I'm OK with the window as I can always get out of my seat.

Always seems a very irrational anxiety when not on a flight. However, hypnosis really does work if anyone has strong fears / anxiety about flying.
