I now have that in my bag that goes everywhere with me after my very first experience to DEL. I flew DEL-LHR, eat something bad just before my flight that night. My only solution was to avoid eating/drinking anything, nothing goes in, nothing comes out. So for about 10+ hours I eat/drank aboslutely nothing until I could get to Boots at LHR. I fear having to use the lav for those types of things, how good is that suction?
