So the two queen room I just checked into at the FI Philly is not falling under this as a Plat. I called 3 times today and once yesterday to get a king, but no dice. Now, they want to charge me $10 a day for the refridgerator that is used to keep medication cold. All this after waiting over 45 min for the airport shuttle....
