Why POP from them? Just forward it to the Blackberry account. POP on the BWC is never in realtime as it only pop's once every 15-20 minutes.
That is my setup; I forward all my Gmail mail to my tmobile.blackberry.net account, and use the free "BBReply" tool to set a from: address.
Works like a charm!
