This coupon is perfect timing as I'm planning a trip to LHR in November but I want an M/H fare that I can upgrade. I got an error saying that I can't combine both the coupon and the upgrade eligibility. However the T&C's don't give any indication that this should be a problem - or is it? Is this a technical glitch, or am I resigned to doing only one or the other, since I would have to book on united.com?
