Decide for yourself if it is good or not. I personally won't stay at Holiday Inn just to get the cert.

Some pertinent points from T&C:

2. After the mail-in form is received, the person whose name appears on the mail-in form will be sent a non-transferable Travel Certificate in the applicant’s name. The recipient of the Travel Certificate is entitled to purchase one adult round-trip airline ticket for travel between the eligible cities (see paragraph 20) at
the rates stated below. The base fare on the second (companion) ticket will be provided free of cost. The price for the original ticket is based on a mileage formula. Mileage between eligible cites is determined by air miles as listed in the Galileo Apollo Computer system, or the Rand McNally North American Road Atlas.
501 to 750 miles one-way: $299 round-trip fare
751 to 1000 miles one-way: $399 round-trip fare
1001 to 1500 miles one-way: $499 round-trip fare
1501 or more miles one-way: $599 round-trip fare

3. Due to the constantly changing prices within the airline industry, in rare instances, fares lower than the prices shown in paragraph #2 may be available between eligible cities. If a lower published fare for two tickets is available for your intended itinerary we will deduct $25 from that fare for each traveler.

4. Taxes, airport fees, passenger facility charges, and fees are additional and will be applied to both the original ticket and the additional free ticket.

5. Advance purchase of 14 days and a Saturday overnight stay is required. Some destinations may instead require a Friday overnight stay. Return flight must be completed within 30 days of originating flight.

6. If your travel plans do not allow for a 14-day advance purchase or a Saturday overnight stay, please call us anyway. We may be able to accommodate your request.

20. This program is for domestic travel within the Continental United States only between the following eligible cities. Travel is not available between eligible cities when the distance is less than 500 miles. The eligible cities are: Albuquerque, Albany, Atlanta, Baltimore, Birmingham, Boston, Buffalo, Cedar Rapids,
Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Colorado Springs, Columbus, Dallas, Dayton, Denver, Des Moines, Detroit, Ft. Lauderdale, Hartford, Houston, Indianapolis, Jackson, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Knoxville, Las Vegas, Lexington, Little Rock, Los Angeles, Madison, Memphis, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Newark, New Orleans, New York City, Oklahoma City, Omaha, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Providence, Raleigh-Durham, Richmond, Rochester, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, San Diego,
San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Syracuse, Tampa, Tucson, Tulsa, Washington D.C., Wichita.
