Definitely at Zone R no problem. And in theory yes at T4 too...but in practice they will usually turn you away if you have bags to check (a different baggage handling system for those desks means the bags go to longhaul not Euro handling apparently) and maybe even if you don't if they're in that sort of mood (c.f. flyclub's experience a few weeks ago).
