You can drop Starwood " like a bad habit" if you would like. However, I dont stay at Starwood for the promos. I am staying because they have a good location or resort. However, if I get one, I will try to take advantage of it. It would be silly to discount how targeting "customers" as something that doesnt work. If you owned a business you would see this. I dont mid that they target customers and I hope that my profile hits for a good one this year.
