I have a couple of hours on a Saturday in LGA, mid October. I come in on UA 3406 (PHL-LGA) at 11.20 and leave on UA511 (LGA-DEN) at 1.45 pm.

I'd like to meet up with friends over lunch during that ~2 hr layover.

1. Are there any good restaurants near LGA that we can meet at?
2. How long to get there and back using public transport?
3. Would it be faster to take a cab?
4. What are the security lines like at LGA (when coming back in)?

FWIW, I am a United Premier, so there may be elite lines at LGA? I won't have much luggage. At most a rollaboard or a backpack.
