I have a ticket as follows:

FLL/IAD/MSY Jan 13/06
MSY/IAD/FLL Jan 16/06

Given the circumstances I would like to 'drop' the MSY portion and just stay in DC for the weekend.

At present, United has announced no charges for changes through to Jan 5/06.

Do you think I could call now and have the MSY portion dropped for no charge. So, I can re-book hotel/car, etc?

- I am on a VDB ticket?
