hmmmm... although you could probably argue that MIA & LAX are more in the political northa than ATL & DAL/Huston.

I used to travel to dfw a lot and it was always LGW for the direct flights. But I though some of the BA flights to DFW were moved to LHR a few years ago. Before that, I presumed that there was a bit of status que between AA/BA on the LOndon departure point.
