Assuming US property, the FFN credit and GP bonus points may be 24 or even 48 hours behind, but that is about it. The length of time you state indicates a problem. Please note the GP bonus is no longer a seperate line item as it was with the older website, but shows up on the same line as the stay in a following column. The FFN status shows up as a remark rather than the old clock screen, and is a bit harder to find and notice.

I have had very little problem with the MC FFN credit not posting, but it has happened to me. The bonus GP points are a software weak spot that often as not requires intervention. I suggest you review your account on Monday and e-mail Gold Passport Customer Service if still not there. Hyatt GP Customer Service continues to be a bright spot and fixed my last missing GP bonus issue 48 hours after I e-mailed.
