You can tell online if your stay has been posted as having been paid with Mastercard. Click on "View Details" for the stay in question. Then look under "Earnings Detail". You will see these lines:

Earnings Detail
Description: Amount: Credit Type:
Base Points
Diamond Bonus
1,500 Bonus Points 1,500 Points
MasterCard Charge 0

If you have the Mastercard comment, it posted as being paid with a Mastercard. If you don't, then you need to call Hyatt CS to get it corrected.

As for your bonus points, they should post simultaneously with the stay credit.
