Lucky. Last year I was denied access to AZ lounge in MXP while on a looooong layover from the US to another country (on an award ticket from DL, but about to board an AZ flight). I had a CRC membership card, but the AZ lounge concierge (a not-too-polite woman) seemed just incredulous that I'd expect them to let me in. I was GM at the time, I believe.
