It then appears she exchanged my ticket as now when I pull up my E-ticket receipt, in the fare calc section, it says EX016XXXXXXXXX (my old e-ticket number). The bottom of the receipt also shows "Issued Sep 23". Is this a common practice to exchange tickets after schedule changes? I've never had this happen before.
I had the same experience. TA says that she had to issue new ticket.
Itinerary still show "red" schedule change warning. It did not go away but the itinerary shows the new schedules.
