My last name can be mispronounced easily (depending on which syllable is emphasized or not), and the UA reps always get it right. I think the UA rep will hear you speak your name (before getting on the line), to help them pronounce it correctly.

Plus, I assume they can verify that the spoken name is the same name as on their computer screen.
