Just to clarify (again)... my question is not about how often WN is late relative to other airlines, or why they are late when they are, or whether WN posts more or less accurate departure information than other airlines.

What I'd like to know is why they (including their web site) apparently consider a departing flight to be "on time" as long as the inbound arrives at or before the scheduled departure time of the outbound.
