With WN's short turnarounds, the biggest factor is where the aircraft is coming from. For a while, one of my (originating) BWI-SDF flights used an aircraft that was a turnaround from SDF; after it became routinely scheduled to take over a terminating MDW (or maybe MDW-CLE) flight it went from incredibly reliable to making the DOT "top 10" late flight list for a while. Not sure what I did to make the scheduling people hate me, but it must have been bad.
