I've done it and it's worked. And from the sounds of it, the hassles of dealing with the finicky website might be better than dealing with outsourced Res.
I watched the tutorial, and think I know how to do a ticket exchange now. For a ticket NOT purchased on USAir.com, is there any way to load it in by ticket number or credit card used so I can see the itinerary online, and request upgrades and seat assignments?
