I will still be left with $57 or more. I was originally thinking of taking Northwest redemption for $100 and get 2000miles but now that NWA is going bankrupt and I only have 6000miles in my NWA account now, I cant dream of getting to their 25000 mile threshold for award travel.
I would open an AA account and take the AA miles. You can do this now and could do it again as early as January 1st. Once per calendar year.
Then join opinon place and start adding to your AA account. (caution don't try and do 2 accounts for 2 differenet family memebers, when they catch you they lock both accounts. It's one per household)
