The Germany office does not take calls from outside Germany!

However, the Netherlands office (thanks for that tip !) can be reached easliy on 00 31 20 3469 559. And it does bounce in the evening to Germany anyway.

They priced my ex-BER fare first go (EUR 1,100), so I got a booking held, and called the UK number, who accessed the booking and told me it could be ticketed for the GBP equivalent (about £800). Hooray.

My (same) itinerary is not back from fares yet, who are still looking at it...or not.

They (amazingly) held off the U redemption seats for me, until this was sorted . So, I now have 3 bookings for the same flights!

Only snag is - they said they needed a "business (?) or team (?) leader" (they said someone above a supervisor) to sort this out, apply the U seats to the WT+ booking made through Netherlands office. He/she never called back.

Called UK number again, and the supervisors are busy and the person that originally made the booking is out till Monday.
