As I posted in another thread :-

"Best way to book WT+ MFU is to call the BA res office in the country of origin, get them to make a reservation, which is never an issue for them. Then call BA UK with the PNR and they will have the correct price after a little faffing about and can also do the MFU for you. You can also usually book it online at the correct fare."
