DL has 5 fares to choose from, WN has one. The WN fare is $5 more then DL's cheapest fare but is fully refundable. Since I do not know if I may have to stay an extra day, yet another no brainer. Keeping it simple or going out of business... DL does not need to fix anything, the board of directors must go.
WN only has one fare because the other fare buckets are sold out. They typically offer 3 fares in the market, with only one being fully refundable.
