Does anyone think this applies to trips to Europe also? When I go to Germany I want to fly SFO/LAX-LHR, then LHR-MUC on Lufthansa. I am avoiding Lufthansa because I have heard from many people that their coach product is horrible. So, any reccomendations as to if I should fly SFO-LHR or LAX-LHR?
