Two quick questions:

1) Will I be eligible for this promotion if I buy the Continental tickets using my Delta Sky Miles Gold card? It *is* an American Express card.

2) I am a newbie and I am unfamiliar with fare classes (please don't flame me). I usually buy the lowest fares coach offered on CO's website, after finding the fares on Orbitz. Are such fares eligible for this promotion?

5000 free miles for buying a coach ticket! That's a great deal.
