If the reason is good, I have moved before. Seeing her look sick and moving seemed like the right thing to do. Obviously she could have been sick in the back and I'm not sure if it would have made a difference. But her friend was there hopefully helping.
I'm not a person that will hold onto my seat "no matter what" but I will look for people who try to manipulate me out of my seat though.
