Actually, QF has 2-3-2 on their 332's which are configured for domestic useage (333s are international and 2-2-2). Width isn't really that bad (for domestic) but pitch seemed pretty tight, I'd say about 37". There were legrests, but the tight pitch made them hard to use!
And separately, I think I've heard that CO sometimes struggles to get its 764s to Brazil and Hawaii, and has to give up some cargo weight, so apparently they're underperforming versus spec (though I guess not as badly as the A-345s!)
