I am traveling to Kuwait in December and have a couple questions regarding entry requirements for US Citizens. I understand that a visa can be obtained at the port of entry. Do I only need my passport to get the entry visa, or do I need to have all the paperwork and additional passport photos when I arrive in KWI. Also, I will be leaving Kuwait for about 5 days, heading to Jordan, and then will return to Kuwait for 2 days before departure back to the states, does this require a different visa, or can I have multiple entries on the visa issued at the airport. Visa required, which can be obtained on arrival for a stay of
max. 3 months (extension possible). Fee: KWD 3.-.
It is recommended to hold onward/return ticket.
However, government workers continuing to Iraq are not required
to hold onward/return tickets.
Admission refused, if arriving without required documents for
Kuwait and country of onward or final destination.
