Hi All:

I was wondering if anyone knows how to hold a ticket on United's website. I know some airline's website, like AA or Alaska Airlines, allows this feature, but not sure if United does.

The funny thing is that last night, as I was booking a ticket to go to BKK from SFO, just as I pressed the Purchase button, I lost internet connection. I figured that I lost the booking as a result, so I went ahead and booked another flight. When I checked today my itinerary, turns out that the original flight I booked was now on hold status (The reservation has not been ticketed) and the new flight was purchased.

So if anyone knows how to hold tixs, please let me know
