Expanding on the above post a bit...

The US person should walk to the UA gates, where the skylink station is (between B28 and B31). Hang out at a UA gate, Starbucks, or the McDonalds. The AA person should ride to this skylink station. The 3rd person doing the pickup should meet them at UA baggage claim.

The US gates are not right on top of the skylink station, and I think that part of B is a little messier. UA is right on the end of their 1/3 of ther terminal, and a bit easier to get in and out sometimes.
