767-300ER - Range - 6,105 NM - Capacity - 218 (3 Class) 269 (2 Class)
767-400ER - Range - 5,645 NM - Capacity - 245 (3 Class) 304 (2 Class)
Just for kicks
767-200ER - Range - 6,600 NM - Capacity - 181 (3 Class) 224 (2 Class)
I would image the capacity is the reason for the reduced range.
