From this post, I learned that the AA Admirals Club at MIA (Concourse E) is outside security. Their website indicates new clubs will be opening this year at Concourses D and A, presumably airside.

HP Club at LAS now Welcome US Air Passengers (America West forum) (questioning value of landside lounge in view of outrageously long security lines at LAS and MIA)
